I love this song. I have loved harry potter for basically a of my life. They did an awesome job on the song, but they did mistake hallows for horcrux but that's okay it still an awesome song. I didn't know people made songs for Harry potter, I feel like a bad fan if I didn't know that. Still awesome song I loved it.

To me it sounds like horcruxes and hallows are mixed up in the lyrics. it's sad, because this song is so great in any other way! But I dont understand why on earth HP-fans that even makes (great) wrock can possibly mix horcruxes and hallows up that bad. ugh :(

@jakema151 If you had read the book you should know that Harry never destroyed the wand. It's true that he dropped the stone though, but that was a misstake, even if he isn't going to go back and looking for it. And the cloak he would never destroy!

I think the lyrics would be better if they switched hallows to horocruxes, but that wouldn't fit with the melody..

Harry Potter.. It's over. I can't believe it.. I remember staring with the series around the time the second movie came out. After I saw that I couldn't help but buy everyone of the books up to date and read them all the time. I now have everybook, hardback and paper. It's the only book I can read more then once, I love Harry Potter. I'm sure it helped me get my writing skills up too. Heres to all the hours, reading, watching, adoring one of the greatest stories ever. Harry Potter.

@BadBloodwillout I believe Voldemort only knew about the wand through Ollivander/Gregorovitch because he went to see Ollivander who then sent him to Gregorovitch to see what happened with the wands when Harry's wand sensed the one he had.

I'm sorry to disagree with most comments. Don't get me wrong I loved the song but it's the Hocruxes that are going to destroy Voldemort and I don't know where you got the number four ("in search of four belongings that hold so much more.") from because either way their are seven Hocruxes and three Hallows. He's not trying to destroy Hallows he's trying to destroy Hocruxes! sorry to disagree if it helps I love the tune, and if you turned 'four' to seven and 'Hallows' to Hocruxes, . . .

@1REDWEASLEY I think I figured it out. This song, in my opinion, is meant to be sung after Ron destroys the locket. After the locket, there are just four more Horcruxes left, hence "in search of four belongings that hold so much more". As for the mentioning of Hallows, it could be another way of saying that he's off to see Death because he's willing to lie down his life to defeat Voldemort (the Hallows were created by Death). But I don't know. That's just me.

@1REDWEASLEY Well from Harry's perspective there are only 4 horcruxes left in the begining of the 7th book. The Diary and The Ring are already destroyed, he doesn't know he is one, so the ones that remain are the Diadem, the Locket, Nagini and the Cup right? The piece inside Voldemort is not considered a horcrux....

Also, I think the expression "I'm off the the Hallows" might actually mean Godric's Hollow but I can't be sure. Also, in the begining when he hears of the Hallows he wants them too.

@BadBloodwillout Nope, Harry's gotta get the Hallows along with the Horcruxes so that Voldemort can't become master of death, if he does, even with the Horcruxes destroyed, Harry has very little if not no chance of killing Voldemort... part 2 of Deathly Hallows... Harry's gone find them now that he understands, or as much as he can seen as he saw Voldemort take the wand.

@SuperKryptoS1S8 No, he doesnt have to get the Hallows before Voldemort, since Voldemort doesnt actually want the Hallows, he only wants the Wand. He doesn't know or doesnt care about the three brothers tale, that's very clear in the 7th book. Not to mention that it's never actually said that the Master of Death part is true. Being "Master of Death" means that you are not afraid of death and greet him like an old friend, not that you are immortal

@BadBloodwillout you are totally missing the point anyway, all I was to say is just that I don't believe that "Off to the Hallows" meant anything to do with Godrics Hollow afterall thats just where the original Hallow bearers were thought to have lay, the Peverells, not the actual hallows and they had already been there before they knew about the Hallows and decided to find them, and they had no plan of going back so can't mean anything to do with Godric's Hollow.
