Why would they take them? I have not heard of anything about not being able to lock up your bike as far as it is not part of the structure for a store, but back when i lived in the burg it was done this back in 2002.

This is nuts. The MTA needs to provide real parking space before taking bikes away if theres nowhere else to lock them. This is bullshit.
