this problem starts from the city engineer.. he or she is suppose to anticipate the movement of the whole environment..so sad that our city engineer is not smart enough to plan the area for the coming days...

Tama c Gov, kung inaus lang ng Pagasa un pgrelease ng water from the 2 dams, hndi gnun kalaki ang magiging baha. Dpat sna paunti unti lng. I remember in 1972, yan un nakita kong malaking baha sa amin sa Caniogan.
