Both characters have been beat by some pretty paltry villains. You as well do not want to take into account many factors, your listing of Hulks powers was inaccurate.

In any event, both characters have had multiple incarnations, some more or less powerful. Nerd Hulk vs Superman, no way. Hulk without Banner limiting his powers, look out Superman. The Hulk took on the entire realm of Asgard at once. It's obvious you need to review his powers.

The problem here is that you think Hulks power is just about rage, it is also about damage taken. Both are factors that increase his abilities. He also can withstand the heat of stars has blazing speed and really does not need to fly unless he is pursuing someone. Face it, The Hulk is basically Supermans alter ego and strength equivalent in the Marvel world, if anything, it would be a tie or Superman would have to outwit him.
