Just watched this on VHS and happy to report that this movie is not bad at all. If it wasn't for this trailer, I would have overlooked this minor 80's Grindhouse horror gem. Great dark atmosphere, a bit talky but well paced direction, pretty chicks, some jump scares, clever kills, and funky make-up effects make this one a winner. I believe this was filmed in 83 and released in early 84. This definitely had to be filmed after the directors' previous effort Pranks (1982).
I remember being in school, staying up late (midnight) so I could watch movies like this on HBO and trying to be quiet so Mom wouldn't come and turn it off. *sigh* Those were the days! All you needed was a camera and some friends willing to play parts.

My advice to bad movie fans: stop watching this movie after the first 5 or 10 minutes. The opening scenes where the (college professor?) dies are some of the funniest moments low-budget cinema has to offer.

This doesnt look too bad a film. Saw a trailer of this one a long time ago on vhs. Probably go and find a copy on Ebay now.

I saw this in 1984 at a drive in with an italian zombie flick called (naturally) "Night Of The Zombies". THIS was a better movie,by far.
