Strange... I bash Team and I use to be in it. And Anvill defends it and he was never in it. His different route is monavie (90% failure rate). He also likes Dr. Phil allot, he talks about him all the time. He just likes to go online and try to be a tough guy, because in the real world he is just weak.

You could not be MORE RIGHT! Leadership is everything. You cannot sustain a community of people without a foundation of leadership behind whatever business model you have. I am part of a Leadership Develop. Org. that too builds communities of people. It has to start with trust. With trust comes relationships which leads to people "leading" others. It all starts with character. If don't have it, you won't lead anyone anywhere. Great stuff Janet. Gods blessings to you always!
