  • i admire and love the forgiving feel of a bespoke suit and you can't get the as comfortable forgiving feel that He just described with made to measure and machine stitching... its like comparing a rib eye with the center cut tenderloin... they are both very fine but Bespoke performed in the right hands is superior! made to measure is an artificial way to get a bespoke quality garmet or even wardrode... but one gets what one pays for! Not many can afford completely hand tailored craftsmanship!

  • Also, if you want to carry a designer label, check out BERHANYER TAILOR, I think they have one shop in the UK at the moment and will soon expand. One more thing, ALWAYS ASK FOR A DEAL, you cannot do this in Saville Row but Made to Measure shops love it because they want you to be as happy as possible so you come back in the future.

  • Hi, I am a Tailor and I must say (from experience), Made to Measure is much more accurate, as more often than not all the measurements are taken from a model, giving you a chance to customize your shirt/suit before it even gets made! Bespoke is a very old word which will soon become extinct, if you want something affordable, which is more likely to fit you much better and you have a regular body GET MADE TO MEASURE!! cannot stress it enough!! It is the best thing at the moment.

  • @OptimesssPrime You must not be a very good tailor.
