Here in Europe, is mandatory red tail fog lights. They are solo or twin, and they are sometimes brighter than stop lights. We use them only in fog or heavy rain conditions. It's forbidden to use them in normal day or night driving conditions.
I got two messages from this: the main message that they were trying to get out, and a more subtle message. What's the subtle message? Basically, the subtle message is that you shouldn't use your phone while driving.
Never mind that other comment; I just found out that there's not really any difference between a "you know what" and a "you know which".
Two observations that a Euro learner knows by 14.
1. The BMW has a rear fog lamp - even on US models as shown.
2. BMW has its front fog lamps OFF.
3. JEEP vehicle is sold outside the US, in AUS/NZ/EU trim with a rear fog lamp function. Yank lives must be cheap.
* America has no place teaching road safety.

Of course when it's really thick, it's better not to go out if you don't absolutely have to. One of the drawbacks of the valley :/
