You never approached me with a request for music usage and even if you did buy the track you still don't own it and therefore have no right to make copies of it, broadcast it or distribute it however you choose. Doing so is no different from stealing and you should stop it immediately!

@CLstarsTV I do appreciate people who enjoy my music and am thrilled when they like it enough to use it. But, it's disrespectful when someone uses work in a project without asking permission. What if the project is a violation of a third party's rights, what if it's insulting or of vulgar nature? Would you want your work attached to it without you knowing? Most people understand the right way to go about usage, those that don't need to be educated.

You came to YouTube to advertise your music, which is far from "epic" I may add, and to use YouTube as a platform for your career. Since my joining YouTube many have asked to use my music in their projects and I let them just for credit, I even donated an entire music score to a high school play. So how dare you act like you know me or my intentions!

YouTube comments is no place for a flame war so I won't start one. Still, I don't think 6 lines of copyright explanation can be described as "merely". Since the dawn of YouTube I've watched countless "original" stuff and this is the first time I see an author use the word prohibited. I don't even know the kid, yet it hurt me from the slap he took.

I think you should start getting used to other people using your music without your permission. Many people if they come across your music and like it, will just end up downloading it and using it in their projects. If that documentary was a school project more than likely you will never see it. Many people use music in their school projects or youtube videos without anyone's permission. They aren't distributing their song, they are just using it as background music. It's common.

@MelodiaSeira Yes but out of respect for someone's work asking permission is still the right way to go about it and I will always encourage it. Some years back at a University a student did a research paper but failed to acknowledge where he got his information. So, when it was time to present little did he know that the author of the original work was sitting in the back of the room. Can you guess what happened next? The student failed the course and was expelled from University.

What do you use for the orchestra instruments? do you have them synthesized on a keyboard or do you use a specific pc software? aside from that, excellent job! and looking fwd to hearing more stuff
