You probably have already tried this but have you taken a little time off from running then spent a couple weeks building back up to your old pace? Most things just require a little rest. Athletes perception on fatigue is much different then regular peoples. You might think you feel fine but your legs may be worked to a capacity point right now. Your just in such good shape you don't really feel it.
u need potasium eat bananas every day and in time it will get better
