Feints makes the opponent defend against a punch that isn't really going to hurt or isn't really coming so it opens up the defense. makes the real power punch after the feint faster and unexpected.

Freddie Roach is the x-factor. Even before the fight was signed, he was already watching tapes of PBF. If you notice, Pacquiao's styles were different on his 3 previous opponents. For instance, he was leading/jabbing with his right against Hatton but was leading with his left against Cotto and De La Hoya.
