if the front fender has been shoved back and the door will not open.

Loosen (generally 6-8) bolts normally 10-12mm in size. Please note that 2 or 3 will be on the bottom near the door. When these bolts are loosened you can you a pry bar or your body weight on the front of the wheel well to move the fender enough to allow the door to swing open.
