Google is a classic market focused organisation. You've got to keep up with your customers changing needs, if not they'll look elsewhere and that's when customers switch brands. That's the theory, now if I had the capital and cashflow of Google, that's exactly what I'd be doing!!

the thing that cracks me up is how basic their websites are, almost unformatted - yet very few companies copy that design style!

Customer focus is great and i think Roberto is spot on with what he says about meeting their customers needs. I just wish sometimes customers didn't know the saying the customer is always right as often they are not. :)
