Same here. I actually used to despise them. I thought Thom Yorke's voice was whiney and annoying, and the music made no sense to me. Then it all clicked, and now I'm in love with their music. My love for their music has surpassed my old love, Pink Floyd.

I love them about the same. But, I used to listen to Pink Floyd almost exclusively. Lately, I've been listening to only Radiohead. Love all their records from OK Computer on. Pablo Honey and The Bends are OK, but obviously OK Computer was a progression in their music that is very similar to the progression from Pink Floyd's Obscured By Clouds to Dark Side of the Moon.

I agree with you %100. OK Computer was definitely a transition for them, but i do like The Bends and OK Computer equally. I feel all their albums have different moods, and i feel the same with Pink Floyd. Sure, they may have been younger when they made The Bends, but it has a different kind of mood (Teen Angst), while Kid A has... well, i don't really know yet.

To me, Kid A represents the chaos, unease, and somber melancholy of modern life as we progress into an era of worldwide unrest and turmoil. But there is also a sliver of hope hidden within the nihilistic and bleak outlook presented within the genius musical framework of Kid A.
