There are too many beautiful songss of Death SS; I suggest you their last album, The 7th Seal (Best Rock Album 2006), and many others, like old stuff, as Black Mass (1988) and Heavy Demons. But I like also Panic and their live ep Let The Sabbath Begin recorded at Wacken Open Air. It kicks ass!!!
And remember that Death SS is one of the best occult rock bands ever! You've made sucha good choiche listening to them!

Before doing it, you should listen to some great songs from the first period (1977-1984), like Black and Violet, Violet Ouverture or Schizophrenic. Another great album is "Do What Thou Wilt", together with the debut "In Death of Steve Sylvester." But if you only like the sound of this song you should check some recent albums, like "Panic" or "The 7th Seal". BUT THE BEST REMAINS BLACK MASS.

i agree with the most, i hate manson and im a really fan of Death SS (i have around 30 albums of them) but i must disagree with something, Steve Sylvester has declared that his most influences on the humanomalies and Panic (and i can bet that also in the "do what thou wilt" album too) were Marilyn Manson and Nine Inch Nails, and in the 70´s, 80´s and early 90´s, Death SS was something tottally different to Marilyn Manson, BTW

Ho mandato ai Death SS foto scattate da me ai loro concerti, e le hanno pubblicate sui myspace e usate anche per una locandina dei concerti. Quando in cambio gli ho chiesto il omaggio l'ultimo DVD uscito, mi hanno risposto (o chi per loro mi ha risposto) di non minacciare (?), e che dovrei essere solo che onorata che loro usano le mie foto. pensate quello che ve pare, ma i death ss sono a mio parere una delle band italiane piu sottovalutate! sentiteve il loro album "humanomanies" poi ne riparliamo ^^

Da come risponde, si vede chiaramente che non ha argomenti di discussione, visto che quando le viene detto che i Death SS suonan dal 77 continua a ripetere che copiano Marilyn Manson XD
Ma va bè, son dettagli questi. Fatto sta che la prima a scagliare insulti senza motivo, è stata lei, non ha espresso opinioni, il suo era un commento fatto per scatenare un po' di sano flame ^^'

dear eve i likethe reverend and the death ss as well and i don't think that manson and the ss would argue if they met but rather find things in common!so i relly don't get this feud btwin fans with different taste!it's kinda childish!u may not like death ss but u'll have to agree that they made history and so has done manson in his own time!in the end as long as music is made with passion i'll love it and i believe that both acts make music moved by passion!gods made heavy metal!d..

ive never heard of this band before--i like it though--sounds kinda like a heavier version of alice coopers raise your fist era. ill have to see if they sell any albums in town 8)

Ho mandato ai Death SS foto scattate da me ai loro concerti, e le hanno pubblicate sui myspace e usate anche per una locandina dei concerti. Quando in cambio gli ho chiesto il omaggio l'ultimo DVD uscito, mi hanno risposto (o chi per loro mi ha risposto) di non minacciare (?), e che dovrei essere solo che onorata che loro usano le mie foto. Poi, mi hanno bloccato sui loro myspace, impedendo cosi' di scrivergli ancora. Simpatici vero?
