Hi Melissa !...Nice Video !...I went to Osaka also, also in Hirakata-shi !...I went there in Komatsu Plant !...near of Kansai Gaida !..I stayed there almost 3 months ! Hirakata-shi is a very nice place to live !.....

It costs a couple thousand dollars if you do it with an exchange program, ALT/JET program, etc. As an exchange student, you are afforded a host family that provides you with free food, shelter, and transportation.

Other then about a thousand dollars and your plane ticket, you don't really pay anything.

That's good to hear it then, that's what I've heard from people who did it with some sort of exchange program, and they had to sign a bunch of papers and stuff.. but yeah just a host family that provides all that. Anyway, I just don't know what the requirement is to do something like it, and I'm in college right now.. don't know if there's an exchange program for college students? I just want to study in Japan for a bit then go back here in the states.

I don't know much about that, but I know that you can do some sort of exchange program in college. How old are you? Some people that were 18 just did an extra year of highschool. But there are people here on youtube that went to college, and had a host family at the same time.

Good luck, my family won't let me go abroad lol.
