i did it in a program called oe cake. If u wanna know how to get it (im pretty sure u still can) look for 01DOGG01 profile as he has many tutorials and download links. BTW its a fluid simulator that i manipulated to make it look like a napalm... the prgram ahs a fire feature ;p .. and alot, i mean ALOT more.

i used fraps to record it. To make it looks so detailed i changed the properties of the scene so that it is really zoomed out. Took ages to record though. I cant say i remember the case. Try watching some of 01DOGG01 videos. he has tutorials on making the bombs and im pretty sure he has a tut on how to record a scene like this one.
