His hair on Raw was a wig. He cut most of it off while he was away after WM27 and his hair hasn't grown back completley since. They're turning the hair angle from Raw into part of the storyline. I think Undertaker is going to make Triple H pitty him. As Triple H said, he has respect for Undertaker, so he wouldn't want to see him embarrass himself week after week. That will make Hunter accept his challenge eventually.
