I think its bullshit how cops cant get away with this stuff. My Friend was killed last month by a police officer. He was shot 3 times in the chest. We all kno their side of the story but will never kno his because he's DEAD! Its not right at all; they are supposed to serve and protect serve they do protect they don't. And they wonder why theres so much annimosity towards the police, because they do senseless shit like this!

I bet he feels stupid for lying now that the cruiser cam video is out. The cop pulled over to the side of the bridge, there was no street for kylen to run across. The cruiser cam shows that no one was walking on the bridge and it also shows the glass breaking, you can hear the officers distress when he calls it in on dispatch.
