  • One of the coolest chased ever... should have left the original sound

  • Ski chase, that is a classic for the franchise (so many ski chases... I wonder if Craig our Blondi Bond will do it in his future movies XD)

  • i just showed this video to my dad and he freaked, (he has a yamaha XT 500, or, the bike in the movie.)

  • This is a good chase scene but come on, you can't get better than Bond driving a tank through the streets St. Petersburg in GoldenEye.

  • @TheGuyThatsAwesome Yeah, talk about it: the first Bond movie that takes place after the fall of Berlin Wall and communism and all... And that british spy just go around a huge russian city in a stolen russian tank, crushing everything or so, nothing less! XD

  • which stuntman was killed in the bobsled sequence? the skiiier, the motorcyclist or the sledders?

  • Prefer the ski chase in On Her Majesty's Secret Service from the top of the Schilthorn in Murren. I've skiied that! It's a great black run but from memory it wasn't too hard

  • why does everyone always favorite wrong it's not favourite

  • You f*cked up the soundtrack. The peice that was origanally used for this chase scene was great. And you left out the rest of the chase.

  • The original music it's even better. It's a shame we can`t listen it here!!!

  • Why is the original gone and and replaced with crap? This is bad.

  • This video is ruined because this idiot decided to remove the original sound.

  • amazing¡¡¡ best bike control

  • This was also one of my favorite chase scenes of the movie. It was funny what happened to all the other skiers since none of them were killed. And how about the guy getting the pizza thrown into his face when the woman panics? Great stuff from the 1981 James Bond classic.

  • That was a very romantic scene.

  • It's so funny how there's hundreds of people in the area and nobody hears the gunshots or ducks for cover or calls the police.

  • this is awsome who is the skier?

  • What the hell did the original funky disco soundtrack go to? Granted, I love the John Barry 007 track, but damn that snappy track was just so cool.

  • i like the chase in The World is not Enough to

  • I Dont live in the USA i live in the UK, and plus i have all the James bond films on DVD so i can watch it whenever i want.

  • wrong fellah!

  • it is in for your eyes only mate!

  • @Fin1002 You gotta watch Bond more often then. It's in FOR YOUR EYES ONLY. I agree, this is one of my favourite chases ever, love the ski chase at the beginning of SPY WHO LOVED ME as well.

  • @Fin1002 You must not have cable, its on about 5 times a year on USA. You know they came out with more films after Dr No, right?

  • Performed on 1981 Yamaha XT500 - that had just been released. Frenchman Remy Julienne and his two sons Dominique and Michel sorted and did the bike stunts. Awesome.

  • oh can't bond just do everything?

  • yes, he can !!

  • GREAT STUNTS!!

  • AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Are those bad guys on Yamaha DT's?

    If so, :D

  • I am sure that he jumps pff a cliff at the end and a parachute opens up with the Union jack ,a stuntman died doing this scene maybe that why they don`t show it ,great skiing BTW

  • Isn't that from The spy who loved me ski chase?

  • different bond film...

  • It's one of the better chases, but hardly the best. Firstly, the rear-projection shots of Roger Moore really ruin the suspension-of-disbelief. Secondly, the boat chase in Live and Let Die is way more awesome.

  • AWSOME DUDE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I totally agree, best bond chase out of all the films, and think whats chases its up against! Thanks for posting

  • for your eyes only is one of the best Bond songs.

  • living daylights !!!!

  • cool

  • the stuntmans have egs ^^ with yamahas down hill and that so fast.

  • AWSOME!!!

  • cheeres to all the stunt people in this movie. top notch. prob the best theyll ever be.

  • Better with the real music.

  • good 'ol stunt scene without using any CG.SUPERB!!!

  • Thanks for posting the best Bond feature ever.

  • Yamaha XT 500 ..hellyeah

  • was this the bond movie with kawasaki snowmobiles?

  • i can imagine roger moore with his trademark eyebrow move even though hes wearing a ski mask.

Also - skiing in a bobsled track! With a bike! Innovative!

  • Also, LOL THROW THE BIKE.

  • 1:17 LOL

  • omg, didnt notice that when watching the movie! LOL!

  • This is fine stunt work from the time before CGI animated scenes.

  • true but i think the two daniel craig fims have upped the ante on the stuntwork again. FYEO is one of my favourite Bond films.

  • completly agree about the stunt work in this its just so awesome.I read in an english bike mag that one of the bikers died doing this which I RECKON is probably true

  • Great work well done!!!!

  • Whoever rode that dirtbike down a bobsled track i my hero.

  • What a crap music

  • haha, check out 1:17 - 1:19, that guy just drills the other one with a cake for no reason!!!

  • LOL.

  • Maybe because he could.

  • over dubbing is very stupid but i gotta give it to the movie, the biker guy is fucking amazing

  • shame its dubbed, this scene had some really good music.

  • why the hell couldnt you have left the original soundtrack instead of overdubbing it!!!!!!

  • yes he was silly overdubbung it

  • It'd be better if they didn't use their state of art blue screen techniques.. looks fake every time they tried to do it..

  • My name is Bond....Just Bond.

  • did you ever see him in 'live and let die'?

    excellent!

    i have that on dvd.

    please see my page.

  • that was john eaves in the slope... wich did fire and ice too

  • jimmy bond?

  • When the rider throws the bike, it looks like a Yamaha MX 80 minibike, about 1/5 of the weight of the heavy XT500....I have owned both.

  • I recall reading a dirt bike mag back in 80' and they called the film, "For XT fans Only".....a very memorable scene.

  • I have a 1980 XT 500. I do ride it in the winter with ice screws in the tires. Very capable bike even in the winter....in fact it runs best then. LOL But I would NEVER want to go down that sled course. I am sure a few people got hurt trying to get all that on film.

And I really do wish my XT was as light as the one at the end must have been. LMAO

  • pity he wasent snowboarding! that wouldve been awsome in the tricking department!

  • Great skills by both the skiier and the motorcyclist. Both stuntmen must have ended up with broken bones in repeated shots. In the end when he throws the motorcycle, it must be a plastic one. Maybe I an get it to impress women, lol!

  • very nice...great roger!

  • The original score was composed by Bill Conti. I have the mp3 if anyone wants it........

  • You should've kept the original music! What a great score that was!

  • Excuse me...but do you know the theme to the orginal chase scene? That is cool n trying to find the score.

  • fucking music

    makes the video crapie!!!

  • yea this one was great!
