  • i had this surgery 4 years ago and it was totally worth it. It feels as stable as it was before i hurt it and the pain i get from day to day activity is minimal. The key is the rehab, do everything your told and work as hard as you can and you'll get back to normal quickly. I was able to play basketball 5 months later at the age of 32. The keys are strength and breaking up the scar tissue. That's the hardest part, you may want to take a pain killer to stretch to breakup the scar tissue

  • I'm preparing for this surgery... I'm soo afraid, but I'm afraid of the column anesthesia

  • good, i dont need to get an md any more

  • I had this done a couple of days a go. I am 16 so I had to stay the night so they could keep an eye on me but i didn't feel the need of it. At the moment I am on crutches and have all ready started on therapy and not in to much pain. Can't wait to get back on my bike again!

  • @bft125 I just had my op a couple of nights ago, I'm 17 and also had to stay the night. Got put on a lot of painkillers when I woke up and I gotta say I was in a lot of pain. Ice and pressure for a couple of days has made it a lot less painful but walking is near impossible. Should be back on the rugby pitch September 2012, but getting stuff done is pretty hard at the moment.

  • @DONTeatLLAMAS same here bro, im going for the second surgery in februarry. another year without competing, thats just suck. but anyway! good luck and fast recovery!

  • I HAD THIS HAPPEN TO ME

  • I think I tore my A.C.L lifting weights at the gym. My nee always hurts if i sit down to long at the computer or anywhere in the movies I wonder if this is what happened? I put Ice hot on my nee and it still hurts.

  • @JesusRealyIsGod did u hear any pop sound when u got injured? if it does, better get it checked.

  • @codetube17 I did hear a pop that's why i'm afraid i might need surgery now.

  • mine will be done next week ! haha. just cant wait to play football back.

  • I will have it monday, any tips?

  • hahahaha i dont have to have surgery

  • I am having this done soon. Not looking forward to the recovery.

  • Oh god...I'm having this surgery done soon and this video scared me a bit. Does the surgery hurt or do they put you to sleep during the surgery. What about the pain after how bad would it be on a scale from 1-10 and how long will it last. I've never had any type of surgery so I wouldn't know how it is.

  • @04Makoy04 i just had this done and they put u under anestia so it feels like a quick nap, but it'll be pretty sore for a couple days after surgery

  • @Crazykids987 But they give fun painkillers to combat the pain.

  • @04Makoy04 i had the surgery i wasnt that painful to me but it hurts to move and get off the bed i actullay started walking after 2 weeks but its best to rest and then you gtta go to physical therapy which you will get tired of it but i have 2 weeks left and im done

  • I had this done 19 yrs. ago on my right knee. Tore my miniscus & ligament again, but on the left knee...now, more surgery in a couple weeks. I've never seen the way this is done. Ouch!

  • if it is done 7 days ago then it is still new.. physio means physiotheraphy which i had gone which included leg extension, then knee press excercise and many more..my doctor provided me one chart which included all the excercise till 6th month..

if u you want will provide u the same but consult ur doc as well.. tc

  • @madhurikalokhe that would be great, is there any way you can send it to me?

  • @vibo77 i'd my surgery 6 months ago.n now i m feelin vry gud about my knee n my surgery.so plz dont worry at all!!! it'll take a little bit tym bt things vll be vry normal.bt plz keep continue d exercises which ur doctor suggest u.i m still doin my exercise.

  • I tore both my acls by the time I was 13. I had my right acl reconstructed with medium meniscus repair when I was 15. I just had my left acl reconstructed and minimal meniscus shaving 6 days ago. I haven't taken any painkillers, second day of rehab tomorrow, already have 110 degrees bend with full extension. Hopefully down to one crutch tomorrow =]

  • I had two ACL reconstructions and the dead man's ACL graft worked much better than the hamstring graft. Plus, i was able to walk/jog/jump and had full ROM by the end of the first month. The second surgery with the dead man's ACL was such a success. You can check out the video of my tearing my ACL the first time on my youtube channel! I tore the second time while wearing a custom made brace. It was devastating.

  • hey friends...even m done wid my surgery and its after 45 days of my surgery and m able to walk and go to my office...physiotheraphy helped me a lot...

Operation is one time.. but you need to be careful while it comes to regular excercises.. so focus more on physio and take care

  • @madhurikalokhe i had the surgery 7 days ago, put still feel some pain .. please i want you to tell me what do you mean by physico and what exercises you did ???

if any one else know or have any info for me kindly advice

    thanks,

  • I had this surgery done in 2008 on my left knee and I still have problems with it. There is sharp stabbing pain at the surgery site and the left side of my calf has been numb since the surgery. My right hip is hurting from limping and also right knee is swelling above and outside of the knee, including popping. Don't know what to do. Went for a 2nd opinion. He told me eventually would have to have a prosthetic leg. I'm only in my early 50's. Got it slipping off a running board.

  • @dritb4 thx man will do and hey good luck to you bro on that knee replacement I'm sure your doc is only trying to help you so don't fight it you'll be ok.

  • Alright all done with surgery I had the cadaver everyone says that's less painful. I had some pain after I woke up. Afraid that the block wasn't working and then the nurse gave me two injections of pain killers through my IV didn't feel that at all. Pain was gone still don't feel pain after 8 hours, playing x box now. Good luck to anyone who has to go through this surgery you'll be fine just think about happy thoughts you'll go to sleep and everything will be fine. I do recommend the Kodiak ic

  • @eBxSalvage - I am having the same surgery next week. How was the pain an the recovery after the pain meds? I am trying to figure out what to expect and I am nervous as hell going in to this especially after watching the videos.

  • @davegfla1

Hey Dave. I just had my ACL done 3 days ago. Everyone is unique, but I stopped the pain meds (oxycodone) after 48 hours. I also had some meniscus work done in the procedure, so no weight bearing for me yet. Overall, moderate pain for the first day (even with the femoral nerve block they gave me) but not bad after that. Don't stress, it'll be all right. -Dennis

  • I have surgery today I am 17 wish me luck

  • thanks dude i had the surgery today.

  • This video is the number 1 on the list of All-Time Things I Wish I'd Never Watched While Waiting For An ACL Reconstruction

  • Watching this vid after my surgery today makes me rattled.

  • Is it hurt after acl surgery like when u move ur leg is it really pain?? Plz,can someone tell me cause I having ACL surgery on June 17,2011 I'm only 15 year old. Please!

  • @TheCrazy243 @TheCrazy243 I had this operation three yrs ago and after moto crash I go have once more. Well, what should I tell you? You need this operation so you have to cope with the pain. Right after the operation it will be like bad, really bad. You will probably wake up before entering your room so you will be out of anestetics. But then will nurse immediatly come in and inject you hard anestetics and then it will be ok.

  • @TheCrazy243 You will be sleeping a lot... And you will fastly learn NOT TO MOVE THE LEG :D At least three days you won't be able to walk - you will be laying all day on your back happy that you don't have to move. After nurse get the drainage off your knee, it will be way better. Believe me. First day is the worst. Then it's a ....party... :D

  • @Muchofka THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!! THANKS THANKS THANKS (:

  • @TheCrazy243 You're welcome :) If you'll wish me luck for my second ACL rec. on July, I will wish you luck also :) It's co-(ACL)operation :)

  • @Muchofka Oh you have a second ACL rec. wow man best of luck!! (: and thanks!

  • i had this srgery 3 months ago check my chanell for vids of it thankxxxxx

  • Hey just had ACL surgery yesterday, and just my luck the nerve block they gave me didnt work so woke up in so much pain crying and all, spent 5 hours in post op care trying to manage the pain it took a long time to catch up, they gave me another nerve block and helped a bit. i think it is a 5% risk it wont work but be prepared it wasn't a nice feeling at all!! Thanks.

  • I just had a simialar surgery and im 11 years old and it didnt hurt much after

  • i think im scared for life...

  • I'll be also having this surgery on the 4th of june , a bit afraid and started having second thoughts after I saw this video.. Cud u give me some sort of advise?? Im thinking that I really had a bad tear since my doc advised me to undergo surgery:(

  • @MrYuan23 I got the surgery on March 21st, and I was terrified! I am only 17 years old, so i recovered quickly. My surgeon doesn't use leg braces afterwards, but I was on the bike with zero resistance by day four. It doesn't hurt, it is mostly just discomfort. It is your hamstring that will hurt! Mine was starting to heal and I ripped it taking my pants off! LOL. You will be fine :) I am already playing field hockey.

  • I go this week for my MRI. The Doc is putting in for a speedy procedure should I be concerned? Does this mean it is potentially a really bad tear? I am so nervous though. I take Vicodin right now for the pain and it only helps a little, sometimes. Will I be given stronger pain medication? I'm just nervous. Scared. Not to mention a crybaby about continuous pain. I have birth 2 children naturally and the pain I am going through right now seems greater. Someone please tell me what to expect.

  • is this technique available for dogs?

  • cool.... thanks friends for the info.. my knee will be operated on 18th... will share the exciting and lovely moments as u did.. :-)

  • and oooh i took 2 tubs of vicodin now for the pain,, geeeez know i can feel it,, btw they dont give me CPM machine upon checking out,, dunno why... let see after my doc. appointment next week,,,

  • i just had this done today.. may 11, 2011 not that bad coz i dont feel anything they put me to sleep,.. the last thing i remembered is that they put oxygen on my nose and thats it... i woke up in the recovery room.. still sleepy and feeling heavey,,, with the scale of 1-10 fo the pain i said 8-9 then down to 6-7 they gave me more medicine just to lower the pain till 4 so there they let me go home with the walker.. which is much better than the crutches,,,

  • i tore my acl the day before track finals where i was qualified to go to state. i am 14, and going to need surgery and this looks really painful and scary. have people been able to run again just fine

  • @noellehedlund depending on the severity of the injury, it may depend. You're 14 which gives your body a very long time to heal and recover. My word does not outweigh your doctors word in any way okay. The beauty of modern medicine is that unless they perform an amputation (which i guarantee you they will NOT perform) you should be able to run fine in the future. Be patient and keep your spirits up. You have a long way ahead of you and be grateful for modern medicine. Good luck :)

  • how they give anesthesia for this operation??

  • Just got this surgery. Hurts like a bitch once the anesthesia wears off, but as long as you do your stretches and constatnly keep it iced and elevated, you will be fine. I got my surgery 12 days ago, and you have just ditched the crutches. They are definitely a pain in the butt to carry around, but they are nice to have around. Just walk on it and have the crutches there as a safety net. Hope your surgeries go well!

  • @Janis3305 is this safe?? will i be able to play football again?? cause am a bit afraid...and what if i get injured again??

    thanks

  • Had this done 2 years ago, still hurts after running or playing soccer. Best thing u guys can do is work really hard on the rehab, I think thats the most important thing. Good luck!!

  • gettin this done too was fine with the knifes etc but are the power tools necessary?

  • for da next 4 months..i'll be playinn chess instead of soccer..!!

  • goinn ta get operated on monday.. fuckinn 1 month wasted..

  • im in CO about to get mine don. College football. tore last week in spring ball i get my surgury in 5 weeks.

  • if any one has had this done yet could you let me know how it went and how long is the recovery time, how long u gotta keep brace on and all that shit, im freakin the fuck out, having it on Tues morning Good meds ???? lol

  • Mattjames570@ Not yet,I know I hate it but I never have broken bone before too. My brace is kinda suck I have to for long time idk ha. I'm in shock too like very nervous. I will have surgery soon . Gosh,it just suck so bad.

  • I having surgery soon!! But I don't want metal in my body !! No way!! I just torn my acl !! I'm not scare at alll just nervous ..

  • @TheCrazy243 Whats up man, did you have the surgery yet ? Im having mine done on Tues. Im freakin' ----I never even broke a bone before. Let me know how yr doin. Does the brace suck? Can u take it off? How long do you have to have it on? I was baked when the doc. told me, im still in shock, aaahhhhh---more pain meds please!!!!!!!!

  • Had the surgery Jan 3. Have been cleared to start playing sand volleyball again in two weeks, which is how I tore it in the first place.

It is now done on an out patient basis. You'll spend a total of about four hours there then you'll drive home with crutches (and your better half) and a home nurse and pt comes to your house to set up your cpm. I was off pain pills in three and a half days. Just a little discomfort overall at the beginning. Its safe and you'll be 100 percent in 3-4 mos. rehab!

  • Hey how much did ur surgery cost!!!!!! my girl has to get a acl sugery n where trying to find out the price.

  • Hello I have just watched the video and i'm also shitting myself, ive had 3 ops on my knee but none have been any good now they have decided to do this op I have had my swabs and all is clear so any time now !

Please could you tell me roughly how long with the op take as i didn't ask my surgeon or he just forgot to tell me. PLEASE ALL JOKES AS-SIDE DOES IT OR WILL IT HURT and does every surgeon but the brace on you afterwards or is it just bandaged up and cruches are given

  • @fartacus15, I just had ACL reconstruction surgery 2 days ago. I also watched this video before my surgery and was freaked out. Don't worry, the surgert wasn't that bad, just a little sore no. You will be fine.

  • Hey mate you are young just do your recovery right and you'll be back to full strength in a year. I Know it looks brutal but you won't feel a thing you'll get nice strong painkillers and today's ACL reconstructions are very successful. I know what I'm talking about I've had one on both knees hah

  • I am 15 and I just tore my acl in a high school soccer game with 37 seconds left in the game... It really sucked... I have to get my surgery on April 1st and after seeing this I am kinda worried now about the surgery.

  • @fartacus15 I had my surgery around 2 years ago now after tearing my acl in a football (soccer) match too. I watched this video and was really shitting it, but once I was in there and out after 1 night it was fine, not really any pain, just some discomfort because of lack of movement. Do all the exercises and physio that you are given as that is the most important part of recovery! Do that and more and you will be back in no time my friend. Also don't try and rush back, be patient!

  • @fartacus15

    How did the surgery go?

I need to do this in about a month,

Usually I'm not scared of surgeries (have done a few before)

but this, especially the screws part made me shit xD

I don't like having metal in my body xD

  • @FilipTheGreat

sorry that im late on replying, but if you havent had the surgery yet dont be scared. It was not as bad as i thought. The 2nd day after surgery was the worst day for me pain wise, but in all it wasnt that bad.

  • what is isometry in ACL RECONSTRUCTION

  • fell last night, prliminary diagnosis was a shock, thought was just a sprain and a cortisone shot would ' take care of it' mri scheduled and i pray its not that bad even thugh it hurts when i move a certain way. see a surgeon next week, one doesn't have to be playing sports for this to happen. Linda Joy Adams

  • Me too I'm waiting for my MRI scan result. Go I don't want this. I think I tore an ACL skateboarding

  • I tore both my acls... I had to have surgery 2 monthes apart from each other.... The first six monthes SUCKS! Physical threapy is a pain in the ass... But luckily it gets way better oncer you hit 4 or 5 monthes. Its been almost a year since my first surgery. I still have pain from time too time but its better then the pain before the surgery. Get it done if you have to option. Make sure you also have a good surgen!!

  • i'm rattled

  • ouchhhhhhhhh

  • Ouch!!! =(

  • had that bout 3 years ago, i stil cringe wen i thnk about it

  • I'm getting this done in march... After watching this I am opting to be knocked the f&@k out...

  • @SRScolli04 You dont have the option not to be.

  • I have had this surgery 3 times now and I asked my doctor to film it for me and he said no that it was creepy... I was peeved to say the least. I want my own surgery on film!

  • @hiotw88 Your a champ

  • AHH I HAD THAT DONE. RANKKKKKKK

  • geezzz..... i had it done to each knee!

  • my ACL detached from the femur. I go to the operation in two weeks

  • ok i dont think ive torn an acl. but can someone help me here. i was playing football and someone landed on the left side of my left leg in an awkward position. i wasnt in much pain when it occurred and i continued to play the rest of the game. but after a few hours, the right side of my left leg started hurting. i woke up in the morning and the pain is still there. what has happened?

  • got mine reconstructed in 2003...

They did a good job, but I think I need it in both knees =/

  • been through that twice once on each leg my junior and senior years

  • I had this surgery in August 2010, and after i woke up from surgery i was fine. I was actually walking without crutched but with a partial limp about 2 weeks after the surgery. now, about 2 months later, im walking completely normal, i can even jog. It definetly was not as bad as people told me it was going to be, but i dont want to go through it again

  • dude i had the surgery in may of 2010 and when i woke up i was just in pain all over not just the surgery sight everywhere its a pretty common injury bet still hurts like a bitch

  • i completely destroyed my acl mcl and pcl last year and to get a look at what i looked like inside was pretty cool

  • @tommayres you've got an unhappy triad! damn man.

  • the Patient is my Brother !!!!.........

  • I tore my ACL 10 years ago and going for ACL operation this November. I am 47 years old. Is my age will be a problem. How long will i be able to walk after this operation. need to go on a business trip in 8 week time after the operation. Will anyone please suggest me what is the best exercise to do .

  • @omo4455 your surgeon will send you to rehad after the surgery. you should be able to walk no problem by them. probably still have some pain after walking a lot and may have to walk a little slower than normal but u will definately b able to walk

  • @dritb4..yea..i wanna get it bad but im an athlete..and goin a year without playing sports is worst than anything man..i really do wanna get it bad..it hurts like hell when i play basketball for a long period of time..i might get it next year if anything

  • @isra9894 thanx a lot 4 d reply bro.

  • every time i watch this kind of videos , i feel very week on my hands . ,,,,

  • @emoboix improper grammer, week-weak, this-these, damn people are stupid now days, im 15 and have better grammer

  • @1elementskater1 : do you mean grammar?

  • @masinga6 dude i dont give a damn haha i even fucked up, im 16, i must've been tired but im just sayin that guy is a dumbass

  • Im getting my surgery tommorrow... Kinda scared. Watching this video kinda made me nervous but i guess everything will be ok :)

  • Had mine in March everything is going great!

  • update: Its been 3 weeks now since my surgery to repair my ACL. Unfortunatley i still have my have my brace on for another 2 weeks. So that means i will have to wear this brace for a total of 5 weeks. It blows, but thankfully my stitches came out and i can shower and take baths without having to wrap it in garbage bags. I only use one crutch now. And pretty soon i wont need any crutches, so i'm very excited.

  • im freaked out well bad ive already had 3 operations to fix my knee after i was crushed between 2 cars and now i have snapped my acl wich according to the doctor had now died so i gotta have 2 more operations first to remove the metal work so they can then do the acl operation

  • @lover4ever1994 Dont be freaked out. it does suck but you have to be willing to work on it

    you got it :)

  • i just had my mri yesterday and im super freaked about this whole thing xD

but its all good ;] i would just like everyone to know that I'm a 15 year old a girl who tore my acl in a mosh pit. HxC for life<3

  • I recently had ACL reconstructive surgery. the next day the doctor came in to check on me and noticed i was in no pain, and yes this is after the drugs wore off and i was totaly coherrent. its been a week now since i had the surgery and already can walk without much limp without the crutches. also i have stopped taking the prescribed perkiset. i found it to make me sick and tired, which i found to be more of a problem than a solution. but the reason im commenting is so people getting the surgery

  • geez i gotta have 1 of these ops next month already had 3 ops including a external fixator not looking forward to another athroscopy

  • @dritb4 no im under orders to be on crutches for 6 weeks after the surgery because of the meniscus repair, because the meniscus is a weight bearing kind of thing you know. so i have about 2 more weeks on crutches

  • @dritb4 it gets kind of swollen after standing up for more than 5 minutes so that kind of hurts but other than that it only hurts if im doing physical therapy or i move it in a way thats a little too much exersion. i stopped taking the pain medication about 4 days ago

  • Omg i got my ACL 2moro :( Terrified :(

  • @acergino I had this surgery 6 weeks ago and I´m into a program on how to get the knee back to where it was as fast as possible. And even though they say I can start light jogging after three months, the say I have to wait at least 9 months before I can play football or do downhill skiing. And that is with rehab! So if I were you, I would talk to a PT on how to train the knee and what he thinks about the stregth in it.

  • I had my acl done 5 weeks ago, I recommend to watch this after the surgery.

  • @dritb4 yea thanks for asking the original surgery went well, but i developed a bacterial infetion in my knee, yay got to spend an extra week in hospital

  • hey can i ask i had surgery 7 moths ago acl knee surgery i ahve screws in my knee i am not doing doing no rehabilation on my knee and i need to know if i can play football if the knee gonna take it or is it gonna happend again ?thank you

  • @acergino you never did physical therapy?

  • yes a screw stays in your knee but it's nothing you don't even feel it, and if you feel like crap I just had my 3rd knee ligament operation almost 5 weeks ago. You go in for like 45mins, you come out you don't feel a thing, after you wake up they bandage you up to go, then two weeks later you get your stitches taken off which shouldn't really hurt. The MOST important thing if you want a fast and succesful recovery is your physiotherapy. Don't worry about it, think of ppl with big surgeries

  • wait im confused is there a stabalizing screw like show in the video actually left inside the knee after surgery?

  • @dritb4 i appreciate it

  • I had ACL surgery and meniscus surgery 2 years ago. I tore my acl and meniscus going up for a rebound while practicing with my high school basketball team. All I have to say is good luck to anyone struggling with physical therapy or the pains of the first few days after surgery. My only recommendation is to take your physical therapy 100% SERIOUSLY if you want to have a speedy recovery back to athletic performance or just normal day to day life. Also, get used to icing your knee all the time.

  • oh my god this was not a good thing for me to watch like 2 weeks before getting ACL surgery

  • @sigalig Its ok you will not feel anything just calm down , think about the people who do heart beating surgeries , you will recover in like 1 to 2 months and your legs recover faster then your upper body , just relax yourself play games surf on the internet till your legs heals and good luck

  • I have to have this shit done on both of my ACLs in two weeks.

  • @atomattackful did it hurt i get it done next thursday

  • @dritb4 Naw Don't feel sorry for me. It makes me special! Thank you for the kind hope if that's the right word!

  • @dritb4 I partically tore it when I was 5 from a trampoline accident. It took the doctors about 8 years to find out what happened via MRI. By that time, I had broken my femur, there were a couple of holes in it, and I was walking around with a torn ACL, as well as a few other problems. I'm 16 now and my leg doesn't have much feeling and I have some problems with it. I've been kicked out of a few physical therephy places and there isn't any way to fix my legs.

  • I had an ACL (Anterior Cruciate Ligament) reconstruction done 3 weeks ago. If your about to have this done, OrginalKork, My advice to you is watch stuff like this AFTER!

I hurts the next day 'cos it aches... then it's really stiff and the physio can be quite painfull - but nothing unbearable. 3 Weeks in and i'm walking my dog now - I've a long way to go, but if you work at getting better. You get better.

  • @ffFR0GGY i really appreciate this comment. i only got like 20 seconds into the video and you make me feel alot better about the recovery time. i have never taken a break from skateboarding longer than a couple weeks since i first started 6 years ago, so this is really tough for me.

  • Stop being a whole bunch of babies. I had this done when I was 13. It seriously isn't bad. SUCK IT UP.

  • Whats ACL surgery?

  • @OrginalKork Either the repairing or the replacement of the ACL which is a ligament in the middle of your knee... Please tell me u were kidding after watching this vid lol?

  • @jadda9181 No. I am having a knee surgury in 3 weeks. I am 17 and got no idea what it is. They say they will stick some tubes in and suck out loose pieces that I broke off the knee inside. 20 min surgury while asleep. Is that acl?

  • @OrginalKork Oh, sorry dude... Sounds like maybe therye getting some chipped bone out of ur leg.. doesnt sounds like an ACL recon :)

  • @OrginalKork no an acl surgery is more like 2.5-3 hours, i get mine done next thursday:0

  • @dritb4 not anymore now im just strenghtening it by myself

  • @dritb4 its almost been six months i think and i tore it during football practice but now i can sprint run and weight lift but i cant twist it yet but yeah it gets better through time and Physical therapy

  • Well, I commented on this several months ago (its on page 26 if you are interested lol). I had surgery close to 10 months ago and I am feeling pretty good. My knee is getting stronger every day. The MOST important thing is to do exactly what your doctor tells you to do! Otherwise it will tear again and you have to start all over (which is what happened to me). The most annoying part about it all now is that I have a fairly large numb spot on my leg from where they cut through some nerves.

  • Its crazy how some ppl say thiers went fine and some ppl say its awful but gets better. Anyway i have three young children, about how long b4 I can start therpy, and what kind of pian meds do they give, will I just want to sleep or will I be okay?

  • @twistanturn therapy will usually be like 2-4 weeks after surgery and they gave me oxycodon and vikadin but i only took barely any vikadin i think the total pills i ever took was 4 and it was the same day after surgery after the next days i didnt take any pills and i just took the pain like a man(bad idea as it hurt alot the next day) but by the third day the pain is tollerable

  • Very interesting sequence of steps... a co-worker of mine is due to to have his ACL reconstruction done soon. Looks like an effective procedure. Reminds me of when we had the builder in to renovate some walls within the manufacturing facility ;-)

    Thanks for posting this footage.

  • I'm getting my reconstruction done on the 10th and I'm so scared. I'm such a cry baby when it comes to pain so I'm worried about therapy. Do the docs prescribe any pain meds. Or will I be taken the Tylenol on my counter top? Any help, the closer it gets the more I want to back out but I know I cant???????????
