it is an old deck which has a "good" finish opposably because they were made in thr 1970s from the u.s. playing card company and basically they are not made anymore so the're worth a lot!!!

These playing cards were supposedly printed in the 70s for the gaming tables, but never saw any 'real action'. They were immediately sold in the gift store thereafter. The classic Jerry's Nugget playing cards were made from top of the line US Playing Card Company card stock, that is not available today, which makes the cards much thicker The U.S.P.C. also used a chemical finish then, which is also not available today -due to environmental reasons.

They are not much thicker. In fact they are thinner than regular USPCC stock. However they are much stiffer than anything out there. People love them because of this oxymoron. Also they love the novelty of just owning a deck that hasn't been printed in 40 years.

And last of all it's not just much better then a regular Tally-Ho or bicycle deck. It doesn't improve your skills more or something -_-

Look at Lee ashers video. He's the only one who sells them (who isn't on ebay, craigs list, etc). They were printed in 1970.
