  • I love how Ron Paul is actually a Christian who, unlike a lot of GOP candidates, doesn't try to shove religion down everyone's throats, understands the 1st Amendment, and is actually anti-war

  • what the fuck did he just say

  • Rather lutheran than fucking muslim

  • I honestly don't understand how in america you have to be christian to be the president. Where i'm from, you are considered nutty if you believe in god.

  • So long as he keeps it out of the political sphere its fine. It still amazes me that this can be used as an election tool. A candidate expresses his belief that there is magic sky daddy who cares what we all do: what clothes we wear, who we sleep with, what we eat and what we do on the sabbath and people lap it up and people thinks this (and sometimes this alone) makes him a good candidate even just a good man? WTF

  • Some people in the comment section are just plain stupid!!!! I don't give a flying fuck about any presidential candidates religious beliefs!! SEPARATION OF CHURCH AND STATE. DEMOCRACY!

As long as the president succeeds in leading our country, i wouldn't care if he worshiped the flying spaghetti monster.

  • @WeenoSpamoni1 you mean, unless that candidate is Santorum, right? Cause that froth bag doesn't believe in the separation of church and state

  • its a trick answer... he is jesus

  • Anti-Christ?

  • @The1AndOnlySAGAKing No, he's not for sodomite marriage. What gives you that idea? He also isn't anti-war. He just doesn't believe in preemptive war.

  • HOLY FUCK. A CHRISTIAN THAT IS FOR MARRIAGE FOR GAYS AND IS ANTI-WAR. ITS A MIRACLE! A FUCKIN SUGAR COATED MIRACLE! In all seriousness, we are FUCKED if this guy does'nt get voted in.

  • @The1AndOnlySAGAKing He is not FOR it! He is just leaving the decision up to you.

If someone is gay he don't care but it doesn't mean he is all for it. He still believes it's a sin.Lots of Christians like that.

  • @imaStonesFan lol I know I'm sorta of like him. Im christian to but I think Gay people have the right to be married whether it's against my beliefs or not.

  • @The1AndOnlySAGAKing Right :)But i do think its best to keep it out of children face because of other kids picking on them because of the parents. But i have nothing against gays at all. I had this guy friend he was gay and was awesome to be around. He hated gays that acted out and flaunted it to much.

  • @The1AndOnlySAGAKing he isn't anti war. to put it simply he's just against stupid wars.

  • @The1AndOnlySAGAKing Well, he's not really "for" gay marriage, but he's not against it either... he just believes it should be a state issue, not a federal issue. But I agree!! We are fucked if he's not in!!

  • its funny if you see it from a meta-perspective:

there are lot of issues where Ron Paul has to talk very carefully - to neither alienate the majority of ppl nor his base (aka young intelligent, well educated, gay accepting, abortion performing, sex addictive- conspiracy theories hatching and some even tin foil hat wearing ppl.)

    Religion, Sex, Abortion, Evolution, 911

he has to balance on a tight rope on these matters

  • i have no problem in people beleiving whatever NONSENSE they want but its when people like ron paul cover for those trying to push creationism into public schools that really make me question his motives and priorities

  • @JuanchoMan when did Ron Paul push for having creationism taught in schools? if anything he calls for public-schooling to stop receiving public-funding, and allow the teachers and parents to make the decisions for their kids.

  • I honestly don't care whom Jesus would vote for, as I'm an atheist. However, of all the major candidates, Jesus would definitely like Rick Santorum the best as Santorum is the most anti-gay and most pro-life candidate. The Bible is pro-life and anti-gay.

  • Ron Paul is selling a load of crap here, because unfortunatly, he knows the Republican party has been taken over by Christofacist nutjobs and he has no choice.

  • It's spelled "fascist," moron. Fascism has nothing to do with the Christian right, dipshit. It's an economic system.

  • @Edgehead10075 The Christian right indeed are fascists, thus, the term Christofacist. Or would you prefer the Christian Talaban? Regardless of what term yuo use, they are America Hating Ignorant Bigots who want take down America and its culture, tradition in values for their own personal gain. Pure Evil basically.

  • @McSpacerson come on. comparing politically conservative Christians to extremists like the WBC is a unfair comparison. it would be like saying all atheists are like Stalin. extremists like that don't represent Christianity, they represent sensationalism using Christianity as a tool.

  • @McSpacerson Before u start "straw-maning" my arguments, Ill let you know that I'm a non-believer.

Your argument is indeed, one of the weakest straw-mans I ever heard of. (lol)

Since I can generalize the left-wing-atheist the same way. I can easily pull-off a comparison to the views of the non-believing-left to the views of Stalin, Lenin and especially Jacques Hébert, All socialist-statists and nonbelievers who have the blood of millions of people on their hands.

  • @Arielslopa One very huge difference. The Stalinsts (and Stalin) were communists, and therefore Atheists, Stalins attrocities has NOTHING to do with atheism, he was a paranoid power hungry meglomaniac who killed anyone who got in his way, communist or not. Can you say the same about the Inquisition? The attrociets of Missionarys on native peoples? The salem witch trials? Stalins atheism is about as relevant as what kind of hats he wore, it was not the CAUSE of his evil.

  • @McSpacerson From what I see on the left, those who act on that value immediately begin to rationalize that each individual has a moral obligation to society, and it is therefore that they must act all as one, in order to ensure the survival for the "greater-good". In short, what I'm saying is, that there is a rational-connection between abandoning faith to accepting marxism. Look up Jacques Hébert, and compare his reasoning to Stalin, and modern atheists.

  • Aaaaannnnndddddd this is why I cannot support Ron Paul.

Paul is right on with many issues, but I will never support someone who believes in Magic Sky Wardens, what the fuck is he, 5 years old? sorry Ron. BZZZT. You lose.

  • @McSpacerson You judge a president based on his religious beliefs? That's pathedic.

  • @macryan19 of course. If a person comes up to you on the street and tells you that there's an invisible anus flying around your head that judges your actions 24/7, and that if you're a bad person, you'll be sucked up into said anus to be eaten by little shit pirhanna's, would you not judge that person to be completey batshit nuts? Why is that any more or less insane than crap written by Bronze Age scribes thousands of years ago?

  • @McSpacerson Haha I don't believe in Christianity either. I believe in good, I don't believe in religion. None the less though that shouldn't matter at all when it comes to being the president. This man knows exactly how to run this country for the people, he knows there needs to be massive change, what he would do for this country would be told for a long time to come. Who cares if he believes in jesus and heaven, he was raised up in it and wants to stick with it, not right to judge for that

  • @McSpacerson In that case, name someone you have voted for? ALL canidates at least SAY they are believe in God (always Christian in the USA), at least since the mid-70's. In your case, I doubt you ever vote anyways so no loss.

  • @astrofrk Unfortunatly many have to lie about this crap, some day that may no longer be the case.

  • @McSpacerson As a Gnostic Christian, I think differently from many mainstream Christians. On this, I am in full agreement with you. Like I said earlier: If people look to the govornment for morality, we are REALLY in deep shit! I would rather vote for a honest Muslem who backs the Contitution than another lying crook who claims to be "Christian" just to get votes. But people fall for it every time!

  • @McSpacerson What a load of rubbish, Ron Paul's religious faith has no negative baring on his ability to be president. I'm not religious but if he is then what difference does it make to me? You are painfully stupid.

  • @bilsim1 your damn right it has a negative baring. Faith = Making a virtue out of not thinking. I don't want a President who can't think. Now in the case of Ron Paul, he may very well be lying about this who Christianity nonsense, if thats the case, then he is a rational thinking human being, however it would be much better if he had to balls to tell people the truth. He tells the truth on a lot of other issues, so why no this one? I have to conclude he beleives in fairy tales.

  • @McSpacerson You don't know that Mr. Paul came to faith through ignorance. Not all people are religious through ignorance and not all people are atheists through intelligence. Some of the best minds in the world today are religious believers, and you yourself are proof that many atheists are very stupid. I'm not religious but I'm not blinkered enough to think that all Christians are deluded idiots. Ron Paul is the best man to lead America, and his religion doesn't change that.

  • @McSpacerson Yea I agree! Fuck Martin Luther King aswell a FUCKING PASTOR? OMG!!! All religious people are insane!!! Im gonna vote for some of the other non-religious candidates OH WAIT.... All the candidates are religious. Im from Denmark and raised without religion and I hate all sorts of religion, But don't judge Ron Paul by this. He is a very important to Americans and the world..

  • @hehefromhere MLK, and many others, did good deeds depsite the stated belied in an invisible sky-warden with super powers. I didn't say all those that believe in make-believe were useless idiots, I'm saying if Ron Paul is forthwright and honest as he appears to be on many issues, why not on this one? Watch that video again, seem obvious to me he's holding back some truth on the whole faith business, he's playing the game, I thought (hoped) he was better than that.

  • @McSpacerson So said, you shouldn't judge a person based on what they are. Judge him according to what he says and what he does. Besides he's a Lutheran, which means that the freedom to choose is the strongest principal in his faith. Instead of straw-maning a person try to understand him... -.-

  • PEOPLE! If you are looking to politicians in Washington as a guide to morality, America is even worse off than I thought! I like Ron Paul because he has good ideas but every fool running for office professes Christianity and people fall for it every time!

  • Oh and Ron Paul 2012! Yeah..

  • Religion enslaves. Faith frees.

There are so many crazy Christians out there that it makes me ashamed to call myself Christian sometimes.

Just like there are radical muslims there are also radical Christians who believe that they can judge anybody.

Jesus said everybody is a sinner, and that we should love each other despite our transgressions and forgive. This is what REAL Christianity is. The Bible IS outdated, but the basic principles of Christianity and love are still in there.

  • As long as he doesn't say bullshit like, "I got a vision from God to declare war on Russia", I'm fine with him. Although I do like Obama's speech in which he sheds light on the immorality of the Bible.

  • I am personally a non-believer, but I am a big supporter of people having their right to choose their religious beliefs and speak out on them without fearing punishment or persecution. They should have that right, as a human being, as long as those beliefs are not forced onto me then I have no problems.

    Ron Paul, 2012!

  • Ron you've given me alot, in insight and inspiration. Thank you for the direction you uphold. God Bless you.

  • at least he keeps his faith out of his job, unlike most politicians

  • Even great minds are corrupted by Christianity.

  • and Romney wants to make $10,000.00 bets.

  • 0:16

  • Ron Paul follows the teaching of Jesus. He doesn't distort the Bible to fit his own needs. Newt Gingrich doesn’t follow the just war theory or the Jewish rules on foreign aid see Deuteronomy 28 (a blessed Israel never takes charity). The Apostle Paul preached Grace, “unmerited favor” for all who believes. His message sets people free from religious laws. Ron Paul preaches Liberty which sets people free from unjust governmental laws and regulations. Both Pauls are right. (John 8:32).

  • Ron Paul President for Life! 2012-to-INFINITY

  • @worldgovernor Hahaha. Well Ron Paul 2012-INFINITY is not something Ron Paul would ever condone. And thats exactly part of the reason he's the man for the job. Obama on the other hand Im sure would love to rule for his lifetime and Im not convinced at some point he might not try too. On another note, have no fear. Ron Paul can run for two terms, but he has a decent man seemingly, that is his son. And he could run in the future and probably will. I'll support both.

  • I like how he mumbles that last part. Maybe deep down, he knows it's a load of crap...I like to think so, anyhow.

  • When in the course of human events

    Life Liberty Pursuit of Happiness

    Declaration, Constitution

    Benjamin Franklin

Thomas Edison, Future Aviation, Kitty Hawk, and Apollo 11

    With Rover now

With the Auto Industry as well as Energy, Medical Breakthroughs, and Scientific Research

  • im not tryin to spam or advertise but i just listened to a rap about how ron paul should be president you guys should check it out search timmy freije ron paul rap i really liked it and i dont even like rap

  • Billy Graham was the only televangelist not in the pocket of Israel.

  • Now Jesus for president is way better but i'm sure ron could do the job.

  • If Jesus could vote he would run for office.

  • This thinks he could fool people with that stupid answer.

  • lol at 0:17

  • @JdawgTheFirst

yeah! lol . what was that? he means it wasn't instant *snap* like that

  • If Jesus could vote, he would vote for Ron Paul.

  • @spicymagazine

lol yeah! So far, Ron Paul really has been incporruptable, and we should pray he stays that way

  • @spicymagazine He will !

  • Jesus wouldn't vote for a racist.

  • @Edgehead10075 Yes, because Ron-Paul is a racist, and Jesus was never a racist xD

    >.<"

  • Jesus also wouldn't like that Ron Paul would prescribe the morning after pill.

  • As long as he sticks to his guns and keeps that garbage out of politics, I hope he wins.

  • @Irish4Salvation Exactly. We're all going to be screwed in 2012 anyway, before Ron gets elected. Because of the laws coming into place. And people are too ignorant to know.

  • Sounds like you have been taught about Jesus but does He rule your heart?

  • I can well understand and appreciate Ron Paul calling and experience of accepting Christ Jesus. For most people the experience will be different personal, no two will be alike. However we grow and mature over time, till we come to the perfect knowledge of the Son of man, the risen and glorfied Son of God.

Ephesians 4:13 Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ:

  • Merry x mas

  • @chelseane2007

Merry CHRISTmas to you too :)

  • I'm sorry but people are falling for Ron Paul like a bunch of fools. So easily do people forget that Obama made many many promises, called himself a Christian, but immediately after being elected he broke one promise after another, as well as admitting to his Muslim faith. These guys are all just puppets of government, they make NO decisions. They're paid to say certain things and killed if they do otherwise. Every president lies to gain mass appeal, only to turn out to be something different.

  • @JCojocaru Ron Paul has a record you can look at.

"He who does not trust enough, Will not be trusted" - Lao Tsu

  • @Uriel1816 "Do not put trust in man." - God.

Ron Paul is starting to deny the inside job. He will easily be driven as a puppet when/if he becomes president. There's no such thing as a good president anymore, they're all just puppets.

  • @JCojocaru Then don't vote.

  • @Uriel1816 I never did in the first place.

  • @JCojocaru ...the politician who OFTEN votes NO when every other politician votes YES. He is attacked him for so often being "WRONG" because he stood alone. Then later when the results of that YES vote expresses itself upon the American people it becomes obvious only ONE sole -- no -- vote was the correct vote. Ron Paul is NO PUPPET.

  • @charles43110 Not yet. But presidency is puppethood. There's way higher powers than the president.

  • @JCojocaru True says, No man is in corruptible

  • @Griptease2 eh...I respect that I used to be an atheist...but Catholics gibe Christianity a bad name with all their stupid traditions like priest that cannot marry...or prayer to holy popes and saints and angels...its not in the bible ...also the thing about the bible is that it feels so true when you read it here is a quote from the bible

The wicked man flees though no one pursues, but the righteous are as bold as a lion.

  • @Griptease2 well I as a Christian believe Catholics are perverts and pagans

  • @Griptease2 you lost your Christianity ?

  • GOD Bless you Ron Paul!

  • Jesus bless you Ron Paul!

    I hope you win

I hope you'll make wise decisions

I hope you do a good job in restoring america now!

  • JESUS WAS BLACK!!

  • @sabala85

Jews are not black - they're skin color was something between white & Arab

Jesus came in the FORM of a Jew, but while He's up there ruling Heaven & Earth, He's the Father of ALLL nations!

  • I'm pretty sure it will matter to everybody when there's eventually a successful atheist candidate to run against a Christian one. Those will be interesting times. Ron Paul's answer could have been obnoxious to people of other faiths (or no faith), and it wasn't; hopefully as genuine as it seemed and not a political move.

  • Ron Paul maybe a Christian, but as long as he isn't forcing his views against me, I am happy to vote for him any day.

  • It's not enough to say "Vote Ron Paul"

PEOPLE NEED TO SWITCH PARTIES 12 WEEKS IN ADVANCE OF THE PRIMARIES IN MOST STATES.

IF YOU DO NOT SWITCH IN TIME YOU CANNOT VOTE IN PRIMARY.

IF YOU ARE NOT REGISTERED REPUBLICAN YOU CANNOT VOTE IN PRIMARY.

IF RON PAUL DOES NOT WIN PRIMARY, NO GENERAL ELECTION ! REGISTER AS A REPUBLICAN. FIND OUT WHEN YOUR STATE HAS PRIMARIES. FIND OUT WHERE AND VOTE VOTE VOTE ! PLEASE !

WE NEED EVERY LAST VOTE ! Copy and paste this everywhere

  • youtube makes me feel like most of the world is atheist

  • @xxchimakaraxx dont worry in order to be an atheist you must be depressed

  • I'm not a Christian, but is it possible that Paul's faith is the precise reason he has not sold out? I'm shocked to see people so offended by religion, as if it's negative. The most offensive thing to me is greed, is imperialism, and abuse of people - something people with no faith in any god are willing to do because this life is their only goal. People shouldn't be down on any religion, because most major conflicts of the last 100 years were not religious based, but based on imperialism.

  • @IzaFaqat Im really glad to hear some1 that isnt Christian say that.

  • how can he consider himself a christian

  • Is this the first president... since Kennedy that has that honest look! I mean obama looks like such a filthy motherfucker, so did all of presidents, but not kennedy, neither ron... we must vote for him if we wan't to be rich like the old days and forget about crisys. RON PAUL!! RON PAUL!! Yeah, I got faith.

  • I bet you were like OBAMA , YES WE CAN . FIRST HONEST PRESIDENT SINCE KENNEDY. lol.

  • I don't think Jesus would approve: Devastating Quotes From Ron Paul

    watch?v=6dPD832-gsw

  • @jeremygreen83 Another ignorant, un-educated Obama supporter?

  • @jeremygreen83 so does ur mom on friday nights but no one is mentioning that, asshole

  • Ron Paul we need you now!

  • @LIBERTYRONPAUL2012 the problem is religions and politics can't go together. Someone who relys on praying for the economy to get better instead of using that valuable time to do something productive about it doesn't give me much confidence.

  • Comment removed

  • @LIBERTYRONPAUL2012 Hey, as long as religionists are not trying to screw our education with their beliefs (Intelligent Design, David Barton, Kent Hovind), or trying to make them laws (some Muslims), or murdering people over them (crusades, 9/11, Madrid train bombing, gassed girl school, Van Gogh), or using them as a cheap way to gain appeal, or using them to escape prosecution (pedophile priests), or brainwashing children with them (indoctrination), I'm fine with religion.

  • @KangarooCdub

"separation of church & state" (NOT in the Constitution) was from a letter by Thomas Jefferson which wanted government INFLUENCE out of the church, but to keep Christian principles in government.

    just sayin...

  • @Eye2EyeIIIV Basic principles like "don't kill", "don't steal"...etc are ones that an overwhelming majority of us (not only Christians) share. Christian values are at the heart of this country, but it's because they are basic for our success as a species. Religion is a personal thing, and making this government "Christian", is shoving your beliefs down other's throats.

  • @Eye2EyeIIIV - 1st Amendment - "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof." This clearly shows the desire to separate religion and politics. Just saying...

  • @Critic863

no, they were talking about "freedom OF religion"

  • @Eye2EyeIIIV - This passage is not up for interpretation; it is clear as day. It keeps Congress out of religious affairs and vice versa. Why would this be in place if they didn't want government and religion to have anything to do with each other? It is to keep them separate.

  • @Eye2EyeIIIV Strange, because Thomas Jefferson, Washington, Franklin and many others were not Christian.
