The plastic substance found in his wraps were taken as evidence by the sanctioning commision. I doubt that this was "made up." Plus think about it. When Margarito fought Williams, he did NOTHING for half the fight and then opened up a cut out of nowhere. In retrospect, I believe that he has been doing this for a while. I didn't watch the Cotto fight, but when I went on Youtube and saw the final round and saw how badly Cotto was bloodied, I couldn't believe it.
