Mine disconnects every 10 minutes, the modem itself is defective, and everybody has the same issue.

Call AT&T and ask for a different wireless model, I called and they told me they will ship me one at no cost, it's a business modem.

Agreed - I play halo reach - shots don't count, had another one in old house and played halo 3 - shots didn't count. We switched to a new router - shots count now - this router is trash, ISP is likely trash as well. Don't you dare use this router unless you like to be frustrated....

There are so freggin' many of these 2WIRE routers in my neighborhood. They easily outnumber all the other routers where I live. What I don't get is what's so appealing about sluggish 1.5 mbit DSL (now only 768 kbit is available here) when the cable co. offers up to 50 meg speeds here now. I guess those people only care about checking their facebook and email. /facepalm

@MultiAwall Idk exactly what a filter does but youll know a filter when you see it because they come with the modem and you put your telephone cord in the filter and put the filter into the phonejack. It will keep your internet connection from going whack if someone calls your house.

I have a modem and a router and when i try to connect to a game on xbox it wont . it will sing in xbox live and we have wireless but everytime i join a game it says Disscounted returning to single player , or this match is gone . @stealthsniper002 Yes, you can. It's a wireless modem that emits a Wi-Fi signal. The password you type in to log onto Wi-Fi for online games is on the back under the SN number in parentheses. For example "[0234820398]" it looks something like that. I hope I helped.
