I'll be taking mine back to Home Depot for the full refund as I cannot get any support whatsoever from 3M on the installation of this. Left the message, on the "support" line that is manned "27/7, 365 days a year" a week ago (after waiting and wading through the prompts), along with an email to "contact support" and haven't heard a peep. It might be a really great product, but I'll never know. Sorry 3M, better luck next time, IF there IS a next time.
Thank you! The manual that was left by our handyman did not provide these instruction - it only said to use the HOLD feature but not how to enable it. It is 105 here today so your instructions were very timely!
