Wow! You look awesome!!!! I am waiting for my HCG to come in the mail. I am so worried I am going to be starving. But I am going to do my best. Did you feel hungry when you first started?

@mexicanrose83 No- the only time that you are hungry is the first week when your body is detoxing and honestly, most of the time its not hunger but cravings- loading is hard to come off of but once you make it throuhg week 1 you will feel full all the time- I really struggle to even force feed 250 calories a day- you will do great

@Juju4God to be honest, Im kind of in an emotional funk-even though losing 100 pounds is hard work and somethig to celebrate and Im glad thats gone but to be honest, I feel more shame than joy- Im humiliated that I ever had 100 pounds to lose to start with and even more ashamed that I still have a ways to go- I want to save my happy dance for when Im done having to lose weight for good- thank you for your kind words sweetie
