She knows her rights and just expressing them. She and her husband have been harrassed for years now, If it wasn't true her case would have been dropped in Federal Court. I wish her much luck.
I think a male cop/deputy would be embarrassed to file charges off assault on a woman. It is not like he was harmed. It was a bogus charge to prove power.
I heard she fired her attorney before she walked in for sentencing. That's probably so she could pull this now. I wish I was rich and well connected so i could kick people I don't like in the nuts. How can she get away with this crap?
She says she can't afford a lawyer and then she says her lawyer didn't understand why she wasn't allowed to talk to a lawyer? Doesn't that mean she HAS a lawyer? So she's obviously lying.
