I pulled a tendon on my ankle and can't run so I do this video. I don't move my feet, I just do the arm moves and WOW am I sweating! I can just imagine how hardcore it would be if I could move my feet! Thanks so much, Tiff for uploading this video. I lost more than 20 pounds and then plateaued since I couldn't run anymore and now I KNOW that I will start losing weight again doing this video. :D

When you do your workouts, do you do everything three times? So that your daily workout lasts for three hours? 'Cause your schedule is at least one hour training per day, and in every video you say "do this one three times!".

At the end she says 3 times....hit it again and again and again....Does she mean 3 times in a row!! Is that what you need to do to see results in 2 weeks?? I did two of her other videos before I did this one and I had to stop at the 7:00 mark... Next time I will TRY, emphasize TRY to do this 3 times only

I am wondering I currently am at about 290lbs I am liking this workout but for right now It is kindda hard for me to get the feet coordination LOL so is it ok to just do the upper body as long as I squat into the poses? @Jesusidol08 Try the boobs up tummy tuck workout it works chest and abs aslo do the chiseled chair challenge great for chest, abs and triceps. I am glad you decided to try the workouts I have great success training men, but they usually don't want to take class. I have been working out to your videos for the past 2 weeks and tonight I tried on a pair of pants that I was unable to fit into for the past year and tonight when I tried them on I was able to get them over my hips and button them up!! @NykoleNatsumi I use the boxer babe, the booty shaking one, and the bikini babe. I mainly stick to the boxer babe for right now. I usually play the boxer babe twice in a row and then, the bikini babe which is a 7 minute video. I want to do alot of cardio before I start toning up my stomach muscles. I do lift light weights for my arms also.
@novemberplayboy11 I am the same way except I am 207ibs(a lot of people say I look 150ish) am 16 and 5'8...i do the 10 minute Booty Shaking Workout and it's amazing..plus the Mountain Climber afterwards is amazing and a great workout :) I have lost 5ibs already and im wanting to lose a lot more before prom so i can look nice ;)

I LOVE these short workouts!!! I add them to my regular routines daily by doing a few during working hours for a short break from staring at the computer (I work at home). I need to work on my waiste so I've started doing the ab ones every day and I'm hoping it'll help. I've been working out for 30 years but my abs have always resisted the '6-pack' effect!

I have been working out to your videos for the past 2 weeks and tonight I tried on a pair of pants that I was unable to fit into for the past year and tonight when I tried them on I was able to get them over my hips and button them up!! I am soo excited!! That just gave me more motivation to continue to eat healthier and workout even when I don't feel like it!! Thank you for posting your videos!!

@NykoleNatsumi I use the boxer babe, the booty shaking one, and the bikini babe. I mainly stick to the boxer babe for right now. I usually play the boxer babe twice in a row and then, the bikini babe which is a 7 minute video. I want to do alot of cardio before I start toning up my stomach muscles. I do lift light weights for my arms also.

@novemberplayboy11 I am the same way except I am 207ibs(a lot of people say I look 150ish) am 16 and 5'8...i do the 10 minute Booty Shaking Workout and it's amazing..plus the Mountain Climber afterwards is amazing and a great workout :) I have lost 5ibs already and im wanting to lose a lot more before prom so i can look nice ;)

Tiffany, I want to know how many calories Boxer babe will burn everytime you do it? Also, do you think that doing Boxer babe twice and then Mountain climber twice, back to back, is a good daily workout? I'm really not that big but I want to tone my stomach and my butt. Any suggestions?? Thank you!!

I LOVE these short workouts!!! I add them to my regular routines daily by doing a few during working hours for a short break from staring at the computer (I work at home). I need to work on my waiste so I've started doing the ab ones every day and I'm hoping it'll help. I've been working out for 30 years but my abs have always resisted the '6-pack' effect!
These are well produced and fun. I'm glad I found them and have added them to my 'daily workout' playlist. THANKS Tiffany

hello im rachel i'm currently doing your workout 10 min booty shaking workout and i really find it alot easier to do,as i am limited due to a bad knee i am very over weight, and i wanted to ask if you had any other exercises that i could do? and to thank you for posting exercises that are fun and fast and believe me its working i definatly feel it the next day :)

@macbeth6699 I have a schedule you can follow on fb, look it up in the notes section. You should eat protein within 20 minutes after your workout.

@leighrandi foods that are rich in protein would be legumes, eggs, soy protein (tofu), peanut butter, almonds, peanuts, cashews, pecans, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, and flax seeds. most beans (black, pinto, lentils, soy beans, and split peas) would also be a great alternative to eating only meat.

I just did the boxer babe three times in a row and let me tell you..that was something else!I can feel the energy and the heat just flowing out of my body!thank you for such an amazing workout!can I ask you something btw?is it wrogn to drink water right after you've finished your workout?
