I know how to do this deliberately, it has to be oldschool you throw a grenade at the floor then pick it up and hold it and jump in the air whilst moving while it explodes, it wont always work, well most of the time it wont. Its hard to get 1 as huge as the 1 in this vid but ofcourse possible. add me on the PS3 its Dirac123
