I do a lot of work in Bangladesh, described as a 'weak state and strong society'. I'm really interested in seasonal, cyclical, culturally relevant persuasive messaging that is likely to improve maternal and newborn health. There are Bangladeshis throughout the world signed up to Facebook. If each one could reach one with messages we could change community consciousness and health related practices at a local level and hold health facilities to account for quality of service.
