I dunno many people that use the term central Oregon..Anything east of the cascades is generally consider eastern Oregon..Only time I've heard Central Oregon was to reference Rosberg area center of western Oregon.
First, Jefferson County (I live here) is considered Central, not Eastern, Oregon. Second, you don't really edify us much on the history of the mines or the potential environmental hazards that still exist. Third, your soundtrack is ridiculous-- this film isn't exactly Requiem for a Dream and you are definitely NOT Darren Aronofsky. And, dude, what's up with teasing us with two brief glimpses of the actual mine shaft and then running away? Sheesh!
@brideys uhh sorry i offended you....? What the fuck does it matter i said it was eastern, its close enough. Anndddd there is not much to tell about the mine, there is little history or background info that you can find about it. All i know is that DEQ is planning on tearing most of it down for environment reasons. And if you didn't like the music then mute it dont come complaining to me... this is the only video of this mine on youtube. Lastly it wasn't my property obviously soooo....
