This movie has genious direction and lighting arrangements. Some landscape and walking scenes may be a bit bland for today's watchers, but overall: most Dracula movies made after this one are purposeless.

this is one of my favourite films. i like the orginal about the same. i have both versions on dvd. on the later version, in the extra features, i seem to remember a trailer just like this clip, or am i wrong? i'm going to check it out.

In terms of editing and scene selection, this is definitely the best homemade trailer that I've seen on YouTube. You have genuine talent.

great trailer, mate. I am also a big fan of Nosferatu, but I prefer the original. This trailer makes the movie look much better than it is.

I do prefer Aguirre, but Kinski's interpretation of Nosferatu is incredible. The shot of the ship of the dead coming in to port is brilliant as well as the swell of rats the envelope the town. It's full of beautiful shots.

Wolzek is good also.

This film is not at all by any means a mastepiece. There is some great music and cinematography, as well as a freakish Klaus Kinski. Other than that the film is quite average. For a much better film try watching Murnau's Nosferatu, or Herzog's Wrath of Aguirre.
