ahhh...so close, but yet so far away! imagine if the muni driver pulled all the way up at the stop, you'd be moving when he's stopping.

Around the area from 9th avenue to UCSF area slows trains down a bit. Some people double park or wait for a parking space stopped right on the tracks. Yeah trains can't just go around the obstacle like buses so they have to honk the horn. They recently moved the terminal from Caltrain to Embarcadero which should improve the running time a little.
