Micheal, I wish all my teachers were as clear as you are, thanks for all of your videos.

QUESTION: if the main location/office where the PRI comes in goes down, one will not be able to dial out of his network, right?

So in essence SRST is only good for in house communication (extension to extension) but if you want to call a different company it will not work unless you have a second PRI with fail over. Am I right?
