I wouldnt say it is a bug, but I do say it isnt a UFO. Standard, stereotypical UFO's are not plain black. They usually glow or are silver. Usually they glow because of the electromagnetic field used as the propulsion mechanism (as seen in uncovered NASA footage of UFO's in space). This can be easily done with flash or something of that nature.
