I think this show could have been more successful if it's title is not "Bionic Woman" and the main character's name is not "Jaime Sommers". Because the original show is still so popular that many fans of that simply hated the idea of the remake. So it never had a chance to be successful. Despite all this I was watching every episode because Michelle Ryan is one of my favorite actresses.

Unfortunately, these days female characters in films and TV shows have to be "strong" and "empowering" all the time, and it just is not realistic. Sometimes you are strong. Sometimes you are weak. Sometimes sad. Lindsay Wagner managed to display all of these qualities in her version of the show.
