@mordecai322 Well honestly I don't really care if people laugh at me about it. It's a procedure that has to be done and if people think it's funny, shame on them. That's how I look at it.

try not to keep things bottled up, if something's pissed you off phone a friend or family just to get it off your chest, keeping things in can mess with your head. also listen to your nutrition teacher eating healthy food helps. i hope you feel better soon
Try not to stress out soo much. Being away and from home and socializing is all part of growing up. Things are going to happen everyday you just have to let it ppass and stay posative. You'll be fine in time no doubt.
@Macktube Oh no, they didn't give me birth control for the IBS. When I had to get that procedure done to check for ovarian cysts I mentined to the doctor there that I wanted to start BC pills. I just brought it up with her and she agreed that it was a good idea, so that's how I got it.
