Another gift I cherish is my stuffed dog woofie, He still sleeps in my bed everynight. I got him when I was born and he never left my bed for a single day.

Hubby and I gave my brother and his wife a new compact digital still camera (with video capability) - their old one broke over a year ago. I already gave it to them, the day before their 4-year-old daughter had her first dance-recital in a real theatre in Oslo. It is sooo cool to give a gift that is so very welcome!

Lat year I gave her a framed Japanese Screen Miniature of a horse stable from an art collection, that my Grandmother bought 40 years ago and is worth $200-300, and a Year of Horses book. I don't know what to get my mother! I am at a lose.

It works really well. I have to convert MTS files into another format before I edit, since my copy of FCP and iMovie don't read AVCHD... but it's easy to do and works without question.
Will Jo start making videos now that she has a shiny new Mac. :) Nice camera mate. HD is the best...can't wait to see what you will produce with that beauty. Are the blinds new also?
