1980s ABC Saturday Morning cartoon intermission

The memories lol,when tv used to be good. There was always something to watch on tv back in the 80's,its to bad i can't say the samething about today. I still have a vhs recording if anyone remembers the ABC weekend specials,it would be nice if they made a dvd.

I remember the kids cartoon man 12:55pm on sunday's in the 80's.. a white outlined cartoon man and the background was in colours..only went for 5 minuites. The creater would draw this outlined guy and he used to do funny things and if he would fall of the cliff, the creater would draw something else etc.

I REALLY WOULD LOVE the vcr or DVD of this!!!

When did this begin? I know it ended in 1987 or 88. I still have some VHS tapes with some of these bumpers.
