hello i have already the pickups and i soldered them. But they sound pretty bad, but i connected them with a 5-way switch and now i can change between 4 sounds. I am going to order a 3-way toggle switch, do you think i will get a better tone?? ( I use a pod xt live). THX for any support and information!

EMG 81 at the bridge and the stock powersound at the neck. If I get money I would buy a 85 for the neck but there's that new pickup, the blackout which I haven't heard yet, but everybody says that it's good, so maybe I'll give it a try.

hey first of all you play real good this song, but i want to ask if you played the metal master pedal with the ibanez rg 321 mh humbucker before you had the emg humbucker?? and how did it sound?

Yeah I played the metal master with the stock pickups too. Btw their name is infinity.:) There's not too many differences. The power chords were less powerful without the emg and the higher notes were kind of flat.

I'm not using the amps distortion, I'm using the digitech metal master. And I think that this amp is a crap too, but I tried to make the best sound that i can get. Sorry if it seems fake, but it's not fake. I just wanted to play this song and people to send comments about the things that I'm doing wrong.

i use a digitech metal master with a peavey rage 158 amp. :) it's got a very heavy sound, it's good for any kind of metal i think, but for a gig I recommend the ibanez smashbox. I don't really understand your last question: "And what is EMG-81 pickup?" what do you mean?

my friend installed it in. i think u shouldn't do it yourself, bring it to a local guitar shop. and yeah, the the battery fits perfectly.:)
