На счет самых дешевых не знаю. У меня место было в секторе В-8, самый верхний сектор, правда в центре, и билет стоил 2000. А по поводу пустых мест, все люди были на другой стороне, а в эту часть билеты не продавали, их вроде разыгрывали по love-радио или что-то такое.
