@affablegiraffable it's an old phrase from London. To "get the horn" means to become aroused. I first heard it used by Peter Cook and Dudley Moore in their Derek & Clive sketches. There is one called "Get The Horn" off the Come Again album.
Definitely. I remember being amazed by the hybrid picking Eric Johnson did in Cliffs of Dover, had no idea just how far that technique could be taken.
