I agree entirely. I wish they had a Japanese audio w/ subtitles option like they did w/ Disgaea too. I would have enjoyed this otherwise medicore game a lot more that way.
I assume its Atlus' decision, I don't know about storing capabilities of the PS2 disks, but sort of assume that most of the Disgaea branch games had enough room to include the alternate audio because of the space left over? But it would still be nice if they could figure out a way to get the japanese voices/music on it, maybe like Phantom Brave came with an OST?

Both Kimimaru and Giradel are wrong. This is Growlanser V, it's not a video of Growlanser IV. Look at 0:17 of the video. That is very obviously a profile shot of Haschen, Growlanser V's main character. If you need further proof, pull up the cover art for the upcoming US release of Growlanser: Heritage of War and you'll see.
That being said, the game is NOT being released under the title of Growlanser 4: Heritage of War.
Atlus opted to remove the numbering entirely, as opposed to calling it V (or re-numbering it IV, since II and III have been released here) so that it would be more inviting to newcomers. And they chose Growlanser V because it was the first 3D entry and, storyline-wise, it is a standalone game.
You should check out the items that come together with the limited edition(artbook, keychains etc), which was said to be the only print for the us version of this game. It would be impossible to buy the normal english edition which doesn't exist, that is, presuming what atlus said remains.
I want to play... T_T Ah well, odds are I'll order this game soon. I'm WAY too impatient to wait for a US release. Particularly since 4 may not even make it stateside. I'm still crossing my fingers... *sigh* If only Working Designs didn't go under. -_-; Anyway, very pretty! Thanks for uploading it.

6 of them.
1 = PS1 and PSP
2 to 6 = PS2.
I highly recommend picking up the first game or the 4th game if you can read japanese.
