Did you connect more than one fan to a switch? I'm planning on connecting all my fans (intake and exhaust) to one switch so wanted to know if it will work.
@sunil237 Yes I did. I wired it so you can have 2 fans on each switch. You could do more than that, just check what is the maximum current the switches you use can take. Then make sure that whatever you connect them to doesn't exceed that. As long as it doesn't, you can connect the switch to as many fans as you like.
nice i am making a cooler for my i man i (21.5") and ive made a stand for the fans and i am going to use your wiring idea to put all the wires and switches.
that idea using an old cd rom case is to put it simple, genius!! i may need to thieve your idea there and use it on my own modding venture, awesome work, i look forward to seeing more from you :)
@jamesnuutinen Thank you. I'm not so sure about genius, more a moment of inspiration! By all means, use this idea in your own mods, that's one of the reasons for posting these vids.
@TylertheGeek28 Thanks! Yes, it's been a very useful piece of kit! I've since had to swap out two of the switches as I think I damaged them whilst I was soldering, but it all works great.
I didnt know sean bean knew so much about fan control.

@Armaangandevia1 Glad this has been some use to you. Though the real credit should go to Fuzzy Bunny Booties whom I got the idea off!
