Remember, Floyd is the only one who has signed a contract with Pac/Floyd on it.

After Floyd signed Arum went to Manila and then returned and said pac has signed also. The next day Arum admitted he lied and pac had not signed. The next day Arum announced pac would be fighting Clottey instead.
