Yes I personally believe that Ottawan was about 200 percent inspired by Boney M. Actually, this should/could have been a Boney M. track. Maybe Frank Farian was behind it also, I dunno.

You are correct. Ottawan did do "Hands Up (Give Me Your Heart)". I thought it was Boney M, my mistake, as they sound very similar.
