@obamakidd358: Nah, that's a pretty common misconception. It's like how everyone used to think that kids who cracked their knuckles were more likely to get arthritis when they got older.

As I said, if done properly, it's no more strenuous to the body than any other act of physical exertion people take on nowadays. In all honesty, those who partake in and practice parkour in some form or another are likely to be for more active when they get older than those who don't.
