Просто итальянцы очень широко используют десмодромный привод клапанов ( это когда нет клапанных пружин, открывает клапаны один распредвал, закрывает другой с помощью кулачков, правда есть последние версии и с одним валом, который и открывает и закрывает клапаны). Особенность этого привода- как раз вот этот специфический звук.

На классике на больших оборотах пружины могут не успевать за клапанами( не успевать закрывать клапаны) и в конце концов клапаны могут встретиться с поршнями, что повлечёт за собой серьёзный ремонт. Десмодромной схеме большие обороты не страшны. Тут уже должен бояться коленвал, а то можно так раскрутить, что разлетится к едреням. :D
If you asked any MV Agusta dealer, the 2010 OVERALL is a better bike than its older brothers. Rider comfort, power, torque, etc... Especially for the sticker price of $18,500. That's 7K less!

ah pull gas in red and hold it like 10 sec and u will hear realy sound.....my favour i pull in red and press the start button,ON/OFF andfew times in a row...brings u sound like AK-47
are the augusta very needy like ducatis because i would love to have 1 just need to learn a little more about them before i blow 7 grand on a augsta when i have a guzzi v11 scura that hauls ass
how come when a new bike comes along, people will say "the old one is better" I do not think designers will design a new bike only to be eclipsed by it's previous model. I have a questio, can you service this bike yourself or do you need a diagnostic tool to reset the service interval indicator? I am planning to import one myself
@MrRyyder the new one is clearly better but i think this doesn't sound as good as the old one. The old one some how, and for some reason sounded VERY different to a Japanese 1000 (well as different as two I4 engines can be from e/o). I'd love the new one, but w/ the old round exhausts tho
