sterling is made by dodge so why dident they jest name the truck a dodge insted of a sterling?

It's just branding... even though they're all the same company's, people just want differently named vehicles. So this is Sterling's attempt to enter the market in this class of truck...

I'd prefer this truck over the Dodge though. It's a bit sleeker, a bit nicer. The grille looks a lot better with the STERLING name on it.

Both are good trucks though.

@repoman1777 yea the sterlings do look like a dodge but they do look nice and more beefed up but i like dodge and gmc but you do have a good point

@simracer13 Yeah, but the Sterling Bullet is only in reality a Dodge 4500. Dodge has the beefier 5500 available, but Sterling makes nothing rated the same as the 5500.
